By enrolling in our in-person or online classes you acknowledge that a portion of proceeds may be donated to animal-related & first responder non-profits, and thus, refunds are not applicable. However, you can apply the monies paid to a future class, within a 12-month period.

It is vital for you to understand as well that this type of first aid training for animals may involve graphic content, including images of injured pets, which may be distressing to some individuals.

Our training and publications are intended to provide information that is helpful and informative. However, our  in-person, online training and Bleed Control Specialist Manual for Dogs & Cats does not guarantee a successful outcome or survival should you find your pet has been injured or become ill. The authors and all parties mentioned in our training and publications specifically disclaim any and all responsibility for any loss, liability, risks, or consequences which happen directly or indirectly from the use or application of the information contained in them.

This training does not replace the need to have your pet seen by professional medical providers should they become injure or ill.
